2. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
3. Once a custom order has been approved and production has started, cancellations or refunds may not be possible.

5. Shipping and Delivery

1. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

1. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or an error was made by Red Horse Screen Printing.
2. Customers must notify us of any issues within 7 business days of receiving the order.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Horse Screen Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
